Help gather people's final views for NHS 10-Year Plan
New survey seeks views on emerging ideas
A new survey has been published on Change.NHS.uk, focusing on ideas that emerged from the engagement process to help finalise the 10-Year Health Plan.

Our 10 Year Health Plan will set out from day 1, how we will fix the underlying problems set out in Lord Darzi’s independent report that said the NHS was in ‘critical condition’.
The three shifts – hospital to community, analogue to digital and sickness to prevention – can deliver what you want. Better, quicker access to care in your community and hospitals delivering world class care to those who need it. Staff with the technology they need to care for you. And an NHS that helps prevent illness and spots diseases like cancer early, to give the best chance of survival. If we get this right, then we can deliver what you’ve told us matters – shorter waits, supported staff, and better care.
Help us make this a reality by telling us what you think about some of the emerging ideas for change. There are five sections, each with a video introducing the ideas, and some questions for you to answer.
Please respond by 5pm on Monday 14th April for your views to be considered as part of the development of the 10 Year Health Plan.
If you would prefer to print out the survey, you can access this in the accessibility page. Otherwise please click the survey link at the bottom of the page to share your views.
