🌟 Finance Manager (Part-Time) – Shape the Future of Community Impact 🌟
Engaging Communities Solutions (ECS) is a purpose-driven organisation delivering impactful social research in health and social care across England. We’re growing and need a talented Finance Manager to help shape our future as we’re not just crunching numbers—we’re driving positive change in health and social care across England. Join us as our Finance Manager and become a key player in a mission-led organisation that values innovation, integrity, and impact.
What You’ll Do
✅ Deliver accurate financial reporting & maintain strong controls
✅ Develop costing models for growth & tender bids
✅ Oversee bookkeeping & produce clear budget reports
✅ Manage cashflows, VAT returns & statutory reporting
✅ Partner with the CEO on financial strategy
What We’re Looking For
✔ Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
✔ 5+ years post-qualification experience
✔ Proficiency in Sage 50 & advanced Excel
✔ Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
✔ Strong commercial acumen & attention to detail
(Bonus points for experience in the voluntary sector or Sage Payroll)

📍 Location: Hybrid – Home & Telford HQ
🕒 Hours: 15 per week
📅 Start: 01 March 2026 💰 Salary: £50,000 (pro rata £20,270.27) + £4,000 (pro rata £1,621.62) retention bonus
