Annual leave

We provide 24 days paid leave per year plus Bank Holidays. This increases to 30 days after 5 years service.

Leave for volunteering

We give our staff two paid days off each year to volunteer and give back to their communities.

Employee Health & Wellbeing Service

The Employee Health & Wellbeing Service is an independent confidential free service available to all our staff and their immediate family. The service offers a 24/7, 365 helpline, counselling services, financial and legal advice and provides staff with an e-Hub app with online wellbeing webinars, mini health checks and coaching.
