Our Board of Non-Executive Directors is Engaging Communities Solutions governing body and is led by its Chair, Robin Morrison. The Board’s role is to ensure the organisation is well managed as a Not for Profit, Community Interest Company, follows legal requirements, and operates with agreed policies and budget.
The Board’s main responsibilities include risk management and thinking strategically to fulfil the organisation’s purpose and goals
Our Leadership and Corporate Team
ECS has drawn together a leading team of professionals to run and manage the organisation. Our Leadership and Corporate Team is led by our Managing Director, supported by our Finance Manager, Office Manager and Corporate Communications and Marketing Officer. The team is responsible for setting the strategic and corporate objectives for the organisation, ensuring the organisation is achieving its objectives and that our work is underpinned by our values as an Independent, Community Interest Company.
