Experiences of Sandwell people accessing GP's using Digital Applications

One of the priorities for our team in Healthwatch Sandwell this year has been a focus on on engaging with under representative groups in Sandwell. Through their engagement work, the team found that a big topic for discussion was the issues with accessing GP services. The use of digital applications (apps) was raised as an area of particular concern for conversation.

Healthwatch Sandwell carried out a project that looks at the experiences of people accessing and using digital applications (apps) for GP services, and the barriers to using them.
