ECS was established as an Independent Community Interest Company in 2012, called Engaging Communities Staffordshire, which reflected our initial geographical area of operations. Since 2012, we have grown rapidly and in 2019, took the decision to rebrand ourselves under the new name of Engaging Community Solutions, reflecting the fact we now offer a wide range of services throughout England.

We specialise in social research and consultations, local Healthwatch delivery, Independent advocacy and community engagement for clients throughout England. We believe in putting the public at the heart of what we do. As an organisation committed to innovation and collaboration, we pride ourselves on our responsive and flexible approach. Our aim is ensure that your community development programs have a positive impact, providing just what your community needs. This will mean involvement with community leaders, and an engagement program with both them and the wider community at the grassroots being essential.

Public engagement is much easier to achieve in this digital age, with online engagement being especially important to social change and the empowerment and improved well-being of all.
